Trade marks

The names ‘Fastchoices’, ‘8700.com.au’, ‘your ideal figure’ and ‘my ideal figure’ and associated devices (logos) are trade marks owned by the NSW Food Authority.

All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

This website based at 8700.com.au and derivations thereof, the 8700 mobile app, the 8700.com.au facebook content and associated publishing systems established by NSW Food Authority for the 8700.com.au education campaign, including any of the content or information they contain as updated from time to time (“Sites”) contain information, data, documents, pages, images, calculator tools, application and script code, program names, branding and collections of styles (“Material”) prepared by and for the NSW Food Authority.

The Material is subject to copyright under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth), and is owned by the State of New South Wales through the NSW Food Authority.

The NSW Food Authority encourages the availability, dissemination and exchange of public information. However, the use of the Material is limited to the licences granted as set out below, and the Authority’s right to require the removal of any of the Material used under such licences.

The NSW Food Authority retains copyright in the Material but grants the following licences to use the Material:
